- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase such as order confirmation or receipt is required.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer.
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
